Torsten has over 30 years of consulting experience in all areas of supply chain and production. From improving on-time delivery to reducing inventory, he has helped companies quickly and sustainably optimize supply chain performance. From critical project recovery after suboptimal ERP implementations to halving throughput times and minimizing inventory, he is familiar with all the different tasks involved in the supply chain.

With extensive industry knowledge in numerous sectors, he has managed projects in Germany, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the US.

Before becoming a consultant, Torsten was plant manager at AEG in Kiel and project manager at AEG in Frankfurt. During his doctoral studies, he worked as a research assistant on numerous industrial projects with renowned automobile manufacturers and mechanical engineering companies.
